Whether you buy it in prepared tea bags or make your own concoctions at home (which is clearly way more fun), it doesn’t take any time at all to whip up a cup or two. Not only does the popular root help aid weight loss, but it also has a huge range of other health properties that can give you a daily boost. There’s basically no good reason NOT to give it a shot.
